Solution Spinning pilot machine
Solution spinning pilot machine equipped high-precision hollow fiber nozzle manufactured in-house by Kasen Nozzle.
With our extensive production experience, we have optimized nozzle design and spinning conditions, enabling us to handle a wide range of applications from R&D to production.
Ⅰ.Membrane
・NIPS spinning equipment capable of spinning solution materials such as PSF (polysulfone), PES (Polyethersulphone), and PVDF (Polyvinylidene Difluoride).
・With 3 raw material supply systems and a triple-tube hollow nozzle, it is possible to manufacture hollow fibers with a double layer structure or a support structure in the inner layer.
・By adding an unwinding system, the braid can be fed to the bore side and the solution to the dope side, making it possible to produce cable coverings and MBR hollow membranes.
・Multi-bore hollow fibers: Hollow fibers with multiple bores in a single fiber are also possible.
Ⅱ.solid fiber
・Using a single-hole nozzle for various liquid materials (cellulose, acrylic, etc.), it is possible to handle dry/wet spinning and gel spinning. It is also possible to mold filaments from biomaterials such as collagen, PGA solution, alginic acid, and gelatin.
・by changing capillary cross section, it is also possible to spin irregular cross-section yarns, multi-hole blocks, and conjugate yarns (composite spinning).
