The recent development of new uses and new materials of nonwoven fabric has been growing its market bigger and bigger. Among such new application are the disposable diapers, sanitary napkins, filter media, medical masks/gowns and various industrial materials. Under the situation, the need for nonwoven fabrics is expected to increase in future, too. Kasen has been supplying many kinds of equipment and accessories being used at some important production processes in this field. In the aspect of spinnerette and die for nonwoven fabrics in particular, we are confident in our precise, accurate processing technologies and have abundant technological know-how on selection of materials, heat treatment, processing method, etc. to cope with such a problem as deformation or strain commonly found in lengthy objects (2-6 m). Based on the experiences acquired through our past fabrication of spinnerettes and extrusion molds, we produce quality bodies and distribution plates (to be fitted above the spinnerette) with exclusively high technical levels of finish in the polymer path, surface accuracy, etc., hence high reputations and reliance on us among the customers.
