Accuracy in processing
The inner part (CORE) and the outer part (BODY) are processed with hole diameter precision of
Φ±0.001mm respectively, keeping the concentricity of Φ0.005.
Double Layer Spinneret
By inserting 2 inner parts(core), it can produce double layer membrane. In addition to polymers, coagulation liquids and solutions can also be used for outer layer.
